General Conduct

  • Treat everyone with respect - no harassment, hate speech, or threats
  • Do not impersonate users, owners, or staff
  • No spam, advertising, or irrelevant content
  • Do not manipulate rankings or platform features
  • English is the primary language for reviews and replies

Review Rules

  • One review per server every 3 months - email notification when cooldown expires
  • Reviews must be honest and based on real playtime
  • 150-300 characters with title, pros, cons, playtime, and scores
  • No fake reviews - manipulation is detected and will result in removal
  • Write it yourself - do not use AI tools to generate your review. Type what is on your mind with your own fingers
  • Editable within 24 hours, then locked
  • No personal info, external links, or server ads in reviews
Server owners are allowed to reward players for leaving a review, positive or negative. The reward must be given regardless of the review outcome. Reviews must reflect the player's real experience. Each player can only review a server once every 3 months.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass the review cooldown is a bannable offense. All flagged reviews will be permanently removed.

Server Listings

  • Only list live RO private servers accepting players
  • Provide accurate rates, features, and type info
  • No duplicate listings under different names
  • Descriptions must be truthful, not misleading
  • Screenshots must be from your actual server

Accounts

  • One account per person - multi-accounting is prohibited
  • Do not share login credentials
  • Email verification required for account features
  • No offensive or impersonating usernames
  • VPN/proxy not allowed when submitting reviews

Server Owner Guidelines

  • You cannot review your own server - reply to reviews instead
  • Owner replies must be respectful, even to negative reviews
  • Replies editable within 7 days, then locked
  • Rewarding players for reviews is fine - but you cannot require the review to be positive. Let players share their honest experience
  • Do not retaliate against honest negative reviewers
Constructive responses to criticism show professionalism and can improve your server's reputation.

Enforcement

Violations are handled case-by-case. Actions may include:

  • Warning - notice of rule violation
  • Content removal - reviews, replies, or listings removed
  • Review ban - temporary or permanent
  • Account suspension - temporary or permanent
  • Server delisting - for serious or repeated violations
  • IP ban - for severe abuse
